Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work as an independent author.

Every signed book and bundle is prepared especially for you. Unlike large retailers, I personally order, sign, package and dispatch each order by hand to ensure it arrives with the care and attention it deserves.

Processing Times

As each order is prepared individually, please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

This allows time for books to arrive from my supplier before they are signed, carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

During book launches, sales or busy periods, processing times may occasionally be a little longer. If this happens, I'll always do my best to keep you updated.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped using a tracked postal service where available. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

I'm delighted to ship worldwide.

Please note that international delivery times vary depending on your destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with your order, you'll receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible at hannah.r.watling@gmail.com. I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as I can.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. I can't be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by incorrect address details.
