Yes! Every paperback purchased through my website is personally signed by me.
Can I request a personalised message?
Absolutely! If you'd like your book personalised with a name or short message, simply leave your request in the order notes at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 10–15 working days. Delivery times will then depend on your chosen shipping method and destination.
Are The Axolotl Café bundles available on Amazon?
No. The Cafe Bundle and Cosy Cafe Bundle are exclusive to my website and are only available when ordering directly from me.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I'll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
